FNA COMPRESSORS, part of the FNA Compressors S.p.A., is one of the country's largest air compressor manufacturers. We are seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative who will work on our Customer Service team. This Customer Service Representative will maximize customer satisfaction by resolving all issues in a timely and professional manner by phone and email.
What You'll Do
* Accurately enter and manage customer orders
* Communicate with customers to resolve issues in a timely, professional manner; ensure appropriate resolution to any outstanding order is completed
* Communicate with Account Executive regarding their customers' accounts
* Process and track orders
* Process Customer Credit Requests
* Escalate issues as needed
What You'll Need
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 2 years' experience in a related field
* Detail oriented
* Comfortability in a Fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently
