Senior Loss Adjuster Strata

As a Senior Loss Adjuster, Strata this role will see you use your skills to resolve insurance claims, examine reported insurance losses to establish the cause, liability and quantum and have the customer and client at the centre of everything you do.


What are my accountabilities?

* Complete onsite and digital assessments of Strata properties on behalf of insurance companies/underwriters
* Determine extent and cause of loss via the most effective, efficient and client and customer-focused method of investigation.
* Determine whether the loss falls within the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

About you

* Previous loss adjusting experience with a focus on Strata claims
* Understanding of the complete claims management lifecycle
* Ability to build and maintain key client relationships
* Diploma in Loss Adjusting or equivalent
