Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident using MYOB? We're looking for a reliable Reception & Accounts Assistant to join our client on a short-term assignment and provide essential support across accounts processing and front desk duties.
Responsibilities
Accounts Processing:
* Use MYOB AccountRight to manage emailed invoices.
* Prepare payment slips for processed invoices and organize paid invoices for collection.
* Cross-check billing numbers on invoices against provided lists to prevent duplicate billing.
Reception Duties:
* Greet clients and visitors, ensure they sign in for health and safety compliance, and notify staff of arrivals.
Administrative Support:
* Check the delivery book daily and email copies of delivery dockets.
* Scan and email timesheets weekly for payroll.
* Print and distribute timesheets
Your Profile
* Experience with MYOB AccountRight (essential).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Professional and friendly communication skills for reception duties.
This is a short-term, 3-week assignment based in Bullsbrook, WA
