We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supervisor who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Hire, train, and supervise staff members
Create and maintain employee schedules
Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure that the restaurant is clean and presentable at all times
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Assist with marketing and promotional activities
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Supervisor Requirements
Experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent customer service skills.
Mandatory Requirements
Food Safety Certificate
Valid working rights, including passport and visa documentation for international candidates
Obtain an RSA Certificate within 30 days of starting your employment
