About Our Client
Our client is a group of aviation enthusiasts, assisting each other to build, maintain and operate sport aircraft. They educate their members to continuously improve safety outcomes. They are now looking to hire a Training course manager to oversee the creation, maintenance, and administration of the organisations training courses, coordinate trainers and examiners, manage training records and systems, and support the organisations progression toward Registered Training Organisation (RTO) status.
Job Description
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of all training and compliance activities.
* Provide guidance and support to team members regarding compliance matters.
* Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance gaps.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
* Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Training course Manager should have:
* Strong knowledge of compliance standards within the aviation industry.
* Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
* Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills.
* Self motivation to be able to be briefed on a requirement and be able to run with that brief to deliver key outcomes.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with auditing processes and reporting methods
* Be a, or be in a position to become a member of the association.
* Be CASA qualified, or be prepared to undertake the certification.

* Competitive hourly rate working 35 hours per week
* Flexible working conditions - but travel to Narromine in Regional NSW when required is a must.
