About The Role
As a Casual Administration Officer, you'll provide flexible administrative and clerical support across a range of hospital departments. No two days are the same, with opportunities to work in diverse clinical environments while building valuable healthcare administration experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing professional reception and customer service support
* Managing telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries
* Assisting with patient admissions and registrations
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry
* Supporting clinical teams with administrative tasks
* Coordinating documentation and filing systems
* Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with NSW Health procedures

Previous administration or customer service experience is essential, while experience within a healthcare setting will be highly regarded.

* Ability to work flexibly across different departments
* Completion of all NSW Health onboarding requirements, including relevant checks and mandatory training prior to commencement
