As the AO8 Manager, Stakeholder Engagement, you will provide strategic advice, oversee engagement planning, and lead a supportive team environment.
Your role includes managing activities, leveraging data insights, and ensuring continuous improvement to enhance the department's engagement capabilities.
• Develop and implement strategic systems and foster collaboration across divisions to achieve key outcomes.
• Lead initiatives that drive innovation and promote internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Establish, review, and improve stakeholder engagement tools, strategies, and systems to enhance organisational capability.
• Provide expert advice, develop policies, and prepare high-level reports and briefings on stakeholder engagement activities and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams, other agencies, industry stakeholders, and external partners.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate communication and engagement strategies for high-profile projects within tight timeframes and budgets.
• Provide high-level advice to senior leaders on best practice stakeholder engagement planning and delivery.
• Use research-based insights to inform communication strategies and ensure continuous improvement through monitoring and evaluation.
• Manage team workflows, track progress, and support departmental policies, procedures, and governance processes.
