Proven ability to support and prioritise a positive team culture and develop productive and trusted working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results. Proven critical thinking and ability and experience in best practice change management, including demonstrated ability to provide high level advice to senior leaders on embedding change. Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prepare and present communications and training. Experience supporting projects from initiation, to implementation, and evaluation. Qualifications in change management and project management is highly desirable.
