The role:
Black Pepper are seeking a Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our wonderful Ballarat store!
Our Retail Assistants pride themselves on spoiling our customers with a unique and honest shopping experience that leaves them looking great and feeling fabulous!
To achieve this, you:
* Create genuine in-store experiences with our customers to understand their needs
* Style customers to ensure they look and feel great
* Participate in store events (such as morning teas and charity events)
* Assist the team in the day-to-day running of the store (stock movement, visual merchandising, and cleaning).
The ideal experience we are looking for:
* Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers' lives and make their day!
* Experience in a customer-facing sales/retail role
* Able to commit to a shift pattern & some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems, and EFTPOS facilities.
