About the role
We are seeking an experienced Yardman to join our team at PARAGON SERVICES NSW PTY LTD' in Riverwood, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse and distribution tools and equipment.
What you'll be doing
* Ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles and goods in and out of the yard
* Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers
* Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the yard
* Performing minor maintenance and repairs on yard equipment
* Monitoring and reporting on yard activity and utilization
What we're looking for
* Previous experience working as a Yardman or in a similar warehousing role
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling equipment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Forklift licence and experience operating forklifts and other yard equipment
* Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
