Customer Service Representative | 2 Month Contract | $38 P/H plus Super • $38 p/h + super• 2 Month Contract• Tamworth About the Role We are currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Representative with a leading NSWGovernment agency.
This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service andadministration.
Key accountabilities include: • Respond to enquiries and proactively communicate with internal and externalcustomers and stakeholders related to service delivery, invoices and reports to ensure the provision of high quality customer service.• Ensure the timely processing of customer applications and data using relevant information systems to support timely decision making.• Update and maintain records of customer communication data and feedback through database management.• Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team.• Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team.
About You • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.• Excellent customer service experience via inbound/outbound calls.• Excellent organisational skills.• Demonstrated ability to work within a small team environment and to provideeffective support to the organisation.
