About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and driven E-Commerce Specialist to elevate our online sales channels in Malaysia, including our own website and key marketplaces (Shopee & Lazada). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, and is passionate about optimizing the customer journey—from discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Operations & Strategy
* Manage and optimize our own e-commerce website and marketplace accounts (Shopee, Lazada), ensuring seamless user experience and brand consistency.
* Oversee product listings (content, imagery, pricing) and ensure accuracy across all platforms.
* Monitor inventory levels (online warehouses) to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
* Collaborate with Marketing to execute digital campaigns (email, SMS, marketplace promotions) that drive traffic and conversions.
* Support on the contact with external agencies and partners to support marketplace expansion (e.g., Indonesia, Tmall China), ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
* Administer & sustain KPI at Marketplaces' Mall
* Lead the operational expansion and implementation of TikTok Shop, and possible new digital spaces where the brands can be showcased.
* Ensure all orders are uploaded to ERP system on time.
2. Customer Experience & Support
* Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries (emails, chats) and post-purchase issues (returns, refunds, damaged/lost shipments).
* Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose improvements to processes or product offerings.
* Maintain a high standard of brand communication—professional, empathetic, and on-brand.
* Monitor and propose enhancements the end-to-end customer experience (CX), from checkout to delivery, minimizing returns/complaints.
3. Supply Chain Coordination
* Partner with Logistics/Warehouse teams to track stock transfers, returns, and fulfillment KPIs.
* Support the processing wholesale orders (when occasionally required).
* Proactively address delivery discrepancies with relevant teams.
* Be the point of contact for logistic/delivery partners.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, conversion rates, returns, and campaign ROI.
* Use tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
* Present actionable insights to stakeholders to refine strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
* 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience (website + marketplaces).
* Proven track record in managing Shopee/Lazada Seller Centers (or similar platforms like Amazon, eBay).
* Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel).
* Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tactics.
* Strategic mindset: Ability to spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization.
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Shopify, Magento).
* Familiarity with CRM tools or omnichannel retail.
