We're seeking a proactive Workshop Supervisor to join our Darwin branch — a seasonal operation where the rhythm of your work follows the rhythm of the Top End.
About the Role
As our Workshop Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Assistant Manager to guide a team of RV Technicians responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of our motorhome fleet. You'll also coordinate off‑site mechanical servicing and ensure efficient vehicle turnaround to keep our customers on the road.

* Dry Season (Peak): The workshop is humming, with opportunities to build additional hours and grow your Time in Lieu balance.
* Wet Season (Branch Closure):
* With the branch closed, you might use this period to take extended holidays over Christmas and New Year, supporting a healthy work–life balance and giving the crew time to recharge before the next season opens.
* you'll have the opportunity to travel to other thl locations across Australia to support operations, learn new systems, and expand your experience.
What You'll Bring
* A valid open driver's licence (essential)
* Previous leadership experience or staff supervision
* Strong administrative and computer skills
* Mechanical aptitude and experience in motorhome or automotive repairs
* Flexibility to travel during the Wet Season
