**Responsibilities**:
As a Channel Sales Manager at my client, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through channel partners.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identifying new business opportunities, expanding the partner network, and executing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Providing regular sales forecasts, market insights, and reports to senior management.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in channel sales management within the IT industry.
- Deep understanding of IT products and services, including networking, communication, and collaboration solutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain successful partnerships.
