Job Description
We are partnering with a leading infrastructure organisation to recruit a Senior Supervisor to lead and support a team of Electrical, plumbing and HVAC tradies delivering critical maintenance services across government sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring all building services plant and equipment remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
The Role
As Senior Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership and technical oversight to your team, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with company and government standards. You will mentor technicians, coordinate works, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of 10-12 electricians, plumbers and HVAC tradies to deliver maintenance services efficiently.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time and in strict accordance with health, safety, and compliance requirements.
* Support and contribute to business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate works and maintain company and government standards.
Requirements
* Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain NV1 Security Clearance.
* Either a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and electrical license with ARCtick licensing.
* Strong technical knowledge across HVAC and electrical systems.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Demonstrated experience leading a team of 12 tradies.
* Strong people leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build effective working relationships.
