The opportunity As we progress through our Digital Roadmap Strategy and begin the migration of Microsoft 365, we’re seeking an experienced ICT Service Desk Team Leader to join our team on a contract basis for a period of up to 6 months with potential opportunities to extend in a Technology team undergoing rapid transformation. The position of ICT Service Desk Team Leader is vital in administering Council’s Information & Communication Technology infrastructure systems and services through the ITIL Service Operation phase, and in providing specialist technical advice and analysis. Within your team, you will support and mentor an ICT Support Officer Level 1 and an ICT Support Officer Level 2, ensuring service levels are executed to a high standard across the organisation, supporting our internal stakeholders through their ICT needs. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a secondment opportunity to be involved in the delivery of our Digital Roadmap project.
