Key Responsibilities
* Greet and host clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every visit feels special.
* Manage appointments, wait times, and boutique flow to enhance the client experience.
* Support clienteling efforts through accurate data capture and follow-up.
* Assist with boutique presentation, stock handling, and operational tasks.
* Contribute to storytelling through exceptional service and product knowledge.
This is not a sales role. The Boutique Concierge supports the sales team and boutique operations, focusing on client care and service excellence.
