We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead our HVAC service team.
* Responsible for managing and growing the service department, overseeing delivery to clients, and ensuring high standards of performance and client satisfaction.
1. Manage work scheduling, resource allocation, technician performance, quality assurance and after-sales support.
2. E nsure efficient utilisation of business software systems. Provide leadership coaching development to the service team. Collaborate with account managers to maintain grow customer relationships. About You Minimum three years experience in service management trade background in HVAC services maintenance required. Must be comfortable recruiting building leading teams, proficient technology reporting workflow systems preferred. Excellent communication skills strong organisational aptitude needed too.. requisite is also having business acumen you responsible for operational efficiency profitability amongst other things.
