About the role
Ken Marshall Floor Coverings is seeking a permanent part-time Office Administrator to join our team in Welshpool, WA 6106. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing
1. Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
3. Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
4. Assisting with the preparation and completion of courses and documents
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in a similar industry
2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
4. Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office, MYOB, Excel, Outlook and Word etc.
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
