Sales Executive ) Sydney, Australia
Salary: AUD - AUD per annum + super and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts and distribution partners to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Execute sales plans, including product placement, promotions, and channel expansion with retailers - Kmart, Big W, Target, Amazon.
- Prepare forecasts, track performance, and manage orders.
- Handle account administration, including reporting, pricing, and delivery updates.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and trade activation's.
- Support inventory and demand planning to optimise stock levels.
- Liaise with finance on credit terms, invoicing, and payments.
- Deliver sales presentations and seasonal line reviews with buyers.
- Monitor competitors and customer insights to inform strategies.
- Represent the business at trade shows and key meetings; travel as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 years in retail account management or sales, preferably in consumer products, FMCG, or toys.
- Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable managing both sales and operational tasks across multiple accounts.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/CRM experience preferred.
- Analytical, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive team player with ambition to grow into a senior commercial role.
