* We seek an experienced professional to install, commission and train clients on instrument maintenance.
* The ideal candidate will plan regular customer visits to deliver preventative maintenance services for Laboratory Automation and Diagnostic family of instruments.
* This position requires the ability to perform remedial maintenance on a range of equipment in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
* A keen eye for detail is essential for maintaining accurate service records through timely use of service reports and the customer database.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate, Diploma or Degree qualifications in electronics, engineering or similar discipline are mandatory.
* A minimum of five years' experience in Diagnostic instrumentation service is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role, which involves frequent domestic and international travel.
