We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join the team and play a key role in recruiting, developing, and retaining skilled individuals in various technical roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The HR Advisor will be responsible for working with operational leaders to support the company, maintain best practices, people development and management across a broad spectrum of HR functions:
Recruitment Expertise:
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar trades roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical skill sets and industry nuances.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Act as a strategic partner, providing guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.
Employee Development and Retention:
- Implement programs to support the ongoing development of employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Work closely with managers to identify and address employee engagement and retention challenges - while implementing effective solutions.
**You will have/ Demonstrated Key Skills.**
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting for blue-collar trades roles.
- In-depth knowledge of technical skill requirements for various trades positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective delivery of people advice and strong business partner orientation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, think innovatively and recommend strategies & solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from HR metrics to inform business decision making.
- A results-orientated focus, with the ability to operate autonomously and problem solve.
- Strong recruitment background.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR are preferred although equivalent industry experience will be considered.
