This role exists to enable commercial success—making sure contracts are clear, campaigns are enabled, and stakeholders stay aligned so partners and customers get what they need, faster.What You Will DoManage contract documentation and ensure alignment to policies and partner expectationsAct as the first point of contact for commercial queries; clarify, chase actions and remove blockersSupport sales & marketing launches and enablement with creative, practical executionOwn the Marketing Fund process: claims, ledger management, and monthly reconciliationsPrepare and circulate performance updates (light reporting/dashboards) that inform decisionsMaintain customer/partner data accuracy across CRM/ERP and reporting systemsAssist with rebate & incentive calculations and integrity checksCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category to align priorities and timelinesIdentify and implement process improvements; support audit & compliance requirementsContribute ideas to sales enablement tools and campaign contentWhat You Will BringProven experience coordinating contracts/agreements or commercial documentationDemonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement—clear communicator, great follow-throughHands-on exposure to sales or marketing operations with visible outcomesStrong digital capability: confident with Excel and familiar with CRM/ERP (e.g., Salesforce/SAP); Power BI a plusTrack record of problem-solving and process improvement in quick-moving environmentsCollaborative, customer-focused mindset with sound commercial judgementImportant - Applicants must have full Australian working rights at the time of application.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales, Business Development, and AdministrativeIndustriesWholesale, Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing, and Food and Beverage ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Schneider Electric by 2xGet notified about current Sales Operations Coordinator jobs in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
