About the Role Are you the type of person who can't leave the office until the \"to-do\" list is at zero? We are looking for a high-velocity Operations & Inventory Coordinator to become the engine room of our Mount Isa branch.
This isn't just a warehouse or admin role—it's a hybrid position where you own the entire lifecycle of our inventory. From the moment a part is ordered to the moment it's delivered to a mine site, you are the one ensuring the physical stock and the digital data match perfectly.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Digital Flow: Managing Purchase Order (PO) entries and job processing in Jim2 with a \"Zero Backlog\" mindset. If it happens on the floor, it happens in the system—instantly.
* Inventory Control: Owning the \"Arrival to Collection\" cycle for special orders, including receipting, shelf-filling, and proactive customer notifications.
* Logistics: Executing daily town runs, pick-ups, and store deliveries to keep our local partners moving.
* Operational Support: Supporting our workshop and mobile Hose Doctors by accurately picking stock for urgent jobs to maximize their time on-site.
* Counter Service: Providing professional, \"local-first\" service to our busy customers.
