Personal Assistant to Campbell Moore

Location: Coastal Property Agents Broadbeach

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic team in the real estate industry? Coastal Property Agents is seeking a motivated Personal Assistant to support Campbell Moore in providing exceptional service and results.

About the Role

As Personal Assistant to Campbell Moore, you will be the backbone of his team, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating client communications, and ensuring seamless processes from listing to settlement. This full-time role offers a supportive and collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Team Management:

* Oversee Campbell's diary, set appointments, and manage daily operations.

* Action general tasks via email and streamline workflow.
* Prospecting Coordination:

* Coordinate mail-outs, pre-list kits, social media management, and vendor reports.

* Implement anniversary and seasonal communication plans.
* Database Management:

* Maintain and update Vault CRM, manage alerts, and coordinate bulk SMS and e-news campaigns.

* Ensure all data and follow-ups are accurately documented.
* Property Listings:

* Coordinate photography, floor plans, and marketing material for listings.

* Attend open homes and auctions, providing on-site support as needed.
* Customer Service Excellence:

* Enhance the client sales experience and co-ordinate settlement gifts.

* Follow up on reviews and maintain a strong online presence.
* Innovation & Growth:

* Attend sales training, document procedures, and manage team meetings.

* Drive innovation and streamline processes for team success.

What We're Looking For

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
* Experience with CRM systems (Vault preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
* A passion for real estate and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Work Hours

* Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
* Saturdays as required (with time off in lieu).
