Join us as a Retail Store Manager at Ghanda Clothing in Hervey Bay, QLD!
About the role:
* Lead, coach, and train a team of up to 20 members
* Drive store performance and uphold Ghanda values
* Maintain store presentation according to visual merchandising standards
* Manage stock levels in collaboration with stock allocators
* Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and compliance
