About The Role
The Program Officer will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Sustainability, Infrastructure and Assets Program Manager to ensure project initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
* Ability to establish and support project governance by scheduling meetings and performing secretariat functions.
* Experience working with project and program management schedules, reports, procurement and associated software programs.
* Participation in the development and implementation of organisational processes that improve project governance, compliance and continuous improvement in project management.
* Ability to assist with the planning, implementation and reporting for West Moreton Health capital projects.
* Understanding of the risks and issues management relative to the undertaking of capital projects.

* Pre-employment screening, including criminal history and discipline history checks, may be undertaken on persons recommended for employment.
