Job Posting Title: Intern – Corporate Social Responsibility Req ID: 10139410 Job Description: Overall Purpose of the Role As a Corporate Social Responsibility intern, you will work across all aspects of Corporate Social Responsibly including charitable programs, community engagement, social, environmental and corporate governance. You will help deliver commercially led initiatives and work with our valued charity partners to enable The Walt Disney Company’s Social Impact work – supporting the happiness and wellbeing of kids and families when they need it most. This internship will strengthen your communication, stakeholder and project management skills as well as having the chance to create a positive difference on a local and global scale. Working in this remit will provide a phenomenal springboard for your future career. Delivering impact programs and working to support increasingly business-critical goals around CSR. This role, as part of the broader Communications & Engagement team, will also support the planning and delivery of internal and external projects, as may be required, including working closely with the People & Culture team to support key deliverables that intersect with CSR, such as Inclusion working groups. Key responsibilities Support the organisation to deliver on our CSR mission; 1. Supporting CSR programs focusing on Children’s Hospitals, Wish Granting, and Youth and Communities 2. Impact governance: assisting in the gathering and evaluation of sustainability data, and compliance and reporting objectives 3. Delivery of ANZ sustainability programs; supporting the rollout of 2030 Environmental Goals across the market 4. Supporting the data capture and reporting around mandatory reporting of Financial Risks of Climate Change 5. Providing support across the business on sustainability actions 6. Planning and executing sustainability projects 7.
