The Role: Store Administrator

Based at our Head Office and reporting to the Head of Retail, this role provides operational and administrative support to all 20 plus Linen House stores nationwide.

You will be a key point of contact for store teams, supporting systems, processes, reporting, and stock-related activities, while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Coordinating and monitoring retail systems, procedures, and processes
* Acting as a key point of contact for store employees across multiple systems
* Supporting store teams with stocktake and inventory adjustments
* Weekly data entry and timely, accurate reporting
* Updating and maintaining inventory and operational reports
* Assisting with the planning and execution of store stocktake
* Supporting the training and onboarding of new store employees
* Occasional travel to local and regional stores as required

Required Skills & Attributes

* Strong Excel skills
* Experience with Deputy, Google Docs, POS LightSpeed Shopify, and NetSuite (beneficial but not essential)
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Professional, clear communication via phone and email
* Friendly, approachable manner with the ability to build rapport across teams
