HR Business Partner - FIFO - 6 month contract

Your new role
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Lead HR projects on diversity, inclusion, change management, and engagement.
* Manage employee grievances and discipline per company standards and legislation.
* Investigate and resolve employee complaints fairly and promptly.
* Assist with performance management, including setting SMART objectives and appraising development.
* Support HR processes like performance reviews, remuneration, budget planning, and cost reviews.
* Collaborate with HR teams at various sites.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Lead and motivate teams to achieve business targets.
* Apply analytical skills to identify and implement improvements.
* Understand the Industrial Relations framework and legislation.
* Exhibit strong planning, organisational skills, and self-management.
* Build rapport across departments and employee levels.
* Prioritise activities based on stakeholder needs.
* Drive and implement effective change.
* Apply contemporary HR principles and practices.
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
* Understand HR disciplines and IR/ER practices.
What you'll need to succeed
* HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Coordinated and supported various HR projects.
* Interpreted and negotiated Enterprise Agreements.
* Liaised with unions and third-party organisations.
* Familiar with HR software like PageUp and SAP.
* Experience working in industries such as oil, gas, construction, mining is preferred but not a must-have.
