**Stock Controller - Automotive Industry**

**The role**:
- coordinate and manage vehicle stock for department/s
- undertake stock swaps between dealerships
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of stock levels
- diligent record keeping with up-to-date data in both manufacturer and dealership database management system and portals
- locate and fulfill stock orders as required
- effectively manage incoming stock vehicles
- proactively update stock board with new stock on arrival
- record transfers and disposal of vehicles in databses as required
- liaise with manufacturers and dealerships as well as internal management staff
- streamline the sales process and undertake administrative duties for the sales department.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Rotating roster
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brookvale, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
