Opportunity available for an Insurance Building professional to step into a Construction Manager role within a remedial and insurance building company in Perth – large and complex works.

This construction company specialises in insurance repairs, private remediations, renovations and property maintenance across the residential, commercial and strata space.
Projects include everything from emergency make safes and disaster response work, to programmed maintenance works.
They work across multiple states, and have an extensive network of qualified trades to ensure that projects run smoothly.
About the Position
Reporting to the Company Owner, you will be managing a team of 6 Supervisors locally in Perth, overseeing predominantly major loss, strata and commercial insurance repair building projects, ranging from $100,000 - $2 million in value.
Starting salary on offer is $130,000 - $140,000 + superannuation + fully maintained vehicle (based on experience).
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of 6 Supervisors in Perth.
* Oversee major loss, strata and commercial insurance repair building projects valued $100,000 - $2 million.
* Report directly to the Company Owner.
Requirements
* Prior insurance repair building experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Supervisor.
* Must have a Builder's License.
* Exposure to large loss, commercial and strata repair works within the insurance space.
* Well presented, steady, calm and empathetic – ability to lead without barking orders.
* Ability and interest to commit to the role long term.
