About you:
As a mobile OT, adaptability and independence are essential—you're constantly working in new environments, whether it's a client's home, school, or community setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building trust with clients, families, and support teams. You need to be highly organised and self-motivated to manage your schedule, documentation, and resources on the go. Clinical reasoning and problem-solving are crucial, as each environment presents unique challenges that require creative, client-centred solutions. Above all, empathy, patience, and a commitment to improving functional outcomes empower mobile OTs to make a real impact in people's everyday lives.
