Job Title: Customer Experience Partner

As a Customer Experience Partner, you will be part of a fast-paced and energetic team environment, working together to achieve sales and KPI targets.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing large volumes of stock, picking and packing click and dispatch orders, and maintaining the in-store operations.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, and the ability to work well under pressure.
