**About the role**
As the Key Account Manager for the Acratex business, you will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing the cladding sales and strategy for the QLD Acratex business. The role will provide strong leadership and work collaboratively with the Acratex Sales team, Trade sales team, and stores to ensure sales are maximized and have strong profitability.
**Responsibilities**
- You will work with the State Sales Manager and Residential Manager to set, communicate and execute our strategic imperatives to ensure the delivery of key financial and non-financial objectives
- You will develop your customers to increase sales value of the entire Cladding and Coatings channel in QLD
- Provide regular project updates and insights in lead generation, cladding sales by segmentation and including support to prepare customer presentations including sales briefs. Provide NCC building requirements including education to market stakeholders
- Complete Quotations and Take Offs - track and record.
- Track KPIs and performance of cladding sales in QLD, Price Margin etc.
- Track and Develop the Cladding Category in the residential housing market through direct sales engagement. Direct Responsibility for Customers.

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and build rapport with stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communications with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- A background in Sales management and or Building Experience is preferable
- Experience in the construction industry would be highly valued
- Experience in category management and consultative selling
- Ability to utilise and harness the power of our sales and marketing tools including CRM
