About the Role
This is a permanent full‑time opportunity based in the Jandakot region. You will lead a team in a fast‑paced environment, managing delivery route optimisation, space management, asset management and compliance, with a strong focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and empower diverse warehouse teams, overseeing recruitment, development, training, performance evaluation, leave management and scheduling.
* Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management to dispatching and receiving goods.
* Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation operations.
* Maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety and cleanliness.

* Demonstrated experience leading teams, ideally within a warehouse setting.

* Transparent tiered salary range of $159,000 – $208,000 including superannuation.
