As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing Specialist and broader team to execute campaigns, coordinate events, produce content, and deliver polished communications that elevate our brand.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role perfect for someone looking to grow in a high-performance marketing team and contribute meaningfully to a respected national brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain brand consistency across all communications and collateral
* Assist in public relations activities including media list management, press release drafting, and outreach
* Draft internal newsletters and announcements, working closely with leadership
* Coordinate logistics for in-person and online events including webinars and activations
* Support campaign roll-outs across digital, email, and social media channels
* Help create and manage marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and merchandise
* Upload and update website content, blogs, and landing pages
* Track campaign performance and report insights to inform optimisations
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Strong understanding of branding, design, and visual consistency
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Mailchimp
* Confidence in managing multiple projects with accuracy and professionalism
* Interest in property investment and desire to grow in a dynamic, multi-brand business
