Resort Interior Designer
GemLife is developing luxury lifestyle resorts with vibrant communities from 100 to 600 homes. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to design beautiful, functional spaces that make our community facilities feel like home.
You'll work closely with architects, builders, and suppliers to bring your designs to life, overseeing schedules, documentation, and project coordination from concept to completion. To ensure our projects remain fresh and inspiring, you'll stay ahead of design trends.
About the Role:
* Design stylish, functional interiors for resort-style community spaces
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Develop and maintain relationships with industry suppliers and partners
* Contribute to the development of our design standards and guidelines
Your Background:
* 3+ years' experience in commercial interior design
* A background in a construction project builder or architectural firm
* Strong documentation and scheduling skills
* Proficiency in industry design software such as Revit
* Excellent communication and project management skills
