Surgical Nursing Consultant Role
This position offers the opportunity to provide clinical nursing leadership in a contemporary acute care practice setting, including advanced nursing care within the scope of practice.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, supporting perioperative medicine in a surgical setting, to ensure high-quality care during the perioperative period.
Key responsibilities include providing nursing assessments, contributing to planning, and coordinating the delivery of services to patients admitted to the surgical units and wards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
* Working with Children Registration
Candidates must possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with other service providers across the hospital and within the community.

Essential Criteria
The successful applicant will be required to hold a relevant post-graduate qualification in the clinical field or qualifications deemed equivalent.
