What You'll Work On
You'll be solving real-world problems on high-stakes projects like:
* Detecting and resolving outages for core banking services in real-time
* Building automated scripts to reduce manual tasks and speed up deployments
* Responding to security alerts and investigating suspicious activity
* Supporting major cloud infrastructure upgrades
* Collaborating with development and operations teams to keep systems stable, secure, and high-performing

About You
* Bachelor's degree or higher (any field – from STEM to psychology to business)
* Eligible to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
* Clear communication, and a willingness to learn
* Open to relocating for client projects in Sydney or Melbourne (relocation support provided)
Office attendance required 3-5 days, dependent on client assignment
