We're now seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team. The position is available on a casual basis with permanent opportunities including sponsorship available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations and smooth running of front-of-house shifts.
Lead and support the FOH team to ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered.
Maintain stock levels, oversee restocking and ordering by liaising with the Procurement Team.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns or feedback in a professional manner.
Foster a positive and motivating team environment through on-the-job training and support.
Ensure venue presentation and cleanliness meet company standards.
Prepare and service coffee to a high standard.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
Skilled in coffee preparation – barista experience essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Well-organised and dependable, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Available to work on a rotating roster from Tuesday-Sunday.
Police Clearance required for successful applicant.
