About the team Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Customer Enablement function comprises teams whose predominant focus is on enabling our customer-facing roles in their support of customers.
The Operational Excellence business unit supports this by improving productivity and efficiency, providing resources for process improvements, workforce capacity management, process analytics, and governance.
About the prospect As the
Manager Process Architecture
and reporting to the Senior Manager Process Excellence, you are responsible for supporting the delivery and management of a comprehensive risk‑aligned process architecture and enabling business teams to manage their processes.
In particular, you will get to:
Lead the enterprise‑wide process architecture function, accountable for the successful delivery of the road map and ensuring alignment to regulatory obligations including CPS230
Partner closely with Risk & Compliance and Transformation programs to ensure changes are reflected in the enterprise repository
Combine program delivery capability with strategic thinking that ensures the enterprise has a complete, risk‑linked process architecture that enables compliance and future insights
Drive the adoption of the process architecture by working with stakeholders to understand their needs
Provide leadership including overseeing the design and training for business SMEs to uplift process ownership and documentation maturity in addition to leading, motivating and developing a high performing team of Process Improvement (Architecture) Specialists
What you’ll bring to the role
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of process mapping and process architecture including architecture methods, repositories and metadata management within a complex service delivery enterprise
Strong understanding of AI capabilities and risk management including CPS230
Strong leadership with the ability to manage and develop a geographically disperse team
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise in relation to process architecture and mapping
Experience in program and project delivery
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work with external vendor stakeholders
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or relevant discipline with Lean Six Sigma / process improvement certification highly desirable
