About the Role As a S&S Banking Consultant, you will provide outstanding sales and service, supporting customers face-to-face and via inbound and outbound calls with Everyday Banking inquiries, account openings, and processes, while balancing team, customer, risk, and performance outcomes.Role Location: 76 Old Cleveland Road, Stones Corner QLD 4120Role Type: Permanent, Flexible Part-Time (30 hours/week)Note: All training will be full-time. What will your day look like? As a S&S Banking Consultant, you will:Deliver customer-obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first-call resolution.Provide timely and accurate information on inquiries, account openings, and processes via phone and online channels.Listen actively, build trust, ask the right questions to exceed customer expectations, and improve outcomes, leading to strong NPS scores.Contribute to a team culture balanced across people, customer, risk, and performance.Ensure compliance with internal policies, external requirements, legislative obligations such as Privacy and FSRA, and Underwriting Guidelines.
