Following internal promotions, we're excited to welcome a Credit Analyst to our stunning Queensland HQ on Ann Street.
The Opportunity
In this role, you'll work closely with Business Bankers, senior leaders, and clients, playing a key role in relationship management and influencing credit and commercial outcomes. We offer flexible working arrangements and strong career development pathways within a high‐performance culture.
What You'll Do
* Analyse credit risk, prepare submissions, conduct due diligence, model financial risk and facilitate with documentation and fulfilment
* Manage credit portfolios to drive revenue growth and minimise losses
* Partner with Business Bankers to structure client‐aligned solutions
* Ensure data integrity, maintain compliance, and interpret complex financial information
* Research prospects, manage credit submissions, and complete annual reviews on time
What We're Looking For
* Strong corporate accounting experience; corporate or business banking experience advantageous
* Experience with complex or structured clients
* Ability to grasp complex transactions and communicate clearly with stakeholders
* Proven capability to manage stakeholders and prioritise competing demands
* High attention to detail with confidence interpreting financial statements and balance sheets
* Business or Commerce degree preferred, financial accounting beneficial
