The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Area Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will support the cluster marketing activity for Crystalbrook Collection's three Cairns hotels.
This is a broad and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, creativity, administration and bringing campaigns to life. You will work across brand, communications, public relations, digital platforms, social media, advertising, events, CRM management and reporting.
Your day to day:
You will support the team through:
* Social media content sourcing, posting and community management
* Updating content across company and third-party websites
* Supporting PR activity, media databases, events and award submissions
* Assisting with guest communications, CRM content and reporting
* Maintaining marketing WIPs, calendars and activity schedules
* Coordinating collateral, menus, supplier briefs, invoices and travel bookings
* Supporting food and beverage, meetings and events activations and concepts
About you:
You will be positive, organised, efficient and enjoy working in a collaborative and positive environment. You will bring strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
You will ideally demonstrate:
* Experience in marketing, communications, administration or a similar support role
* A marketing, communications or related qualification, highly regarded
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent computer literacy and confidence across digital platforms
* A professional, polished and friendly approach
* Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
* Initiative, problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn
* The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
