An exciting opportunity exists for a Sous Chef to join our Southern Ocean Lodge team on Kangaroo Island.The RoleYou will be a pivotal member of the kitchen team and responsible for delivering a world-class culinary experience for discerning, well-travelled guests, utilising the abundant local produce from Kangaroo Island and South Australia.
