Responsibilities 
- Maintain a high level of OHS at all times and ensure safe food handling. 
- Follow recipes accurately and be able to contribute ideas for new dishes. 
- Remain calm and work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment. 
- Provide food with an extremely high level of care, including exceptional plate presentation. 
- Be reliable and punctual and maintain good listening and communication with the team. 
- Possess an eye for detail and a passion for making quality products. 
- Hold a current Victorian driver's licence and have own transport. 
- Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required. 
Qualifications 
- Have a qualification as a chef, with 2+ years experience in the industry.
