About the Role:We're looking for a HR Administrator / Generalist, who has experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or mining services business, that enjoys a busy, fast paced position.

The role will see you work directly with the Senior HR Advisor, initially working through a back log of data clean up, documentation updates and general HR administration tasks.

The role is a new role for their business, initially engaged on a 3 month temporary basis, with the view that it will likely go permanent for the right individual.

The role will require you to build strong internal relationships with multiple stakeholders to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Audit, clean up, and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and personnel files, ensuring compliance with internal standards and basic legislative requirements
* Standardise and update HR documentation, including contracts, letters, policies, and forms, and identify and follow up on missing or outdated records
* Maintain and reconcile HRIS data, supporting data integrity, reporting accuracy, and consistency across systems and spreadsheets
* Prepare employment contracts, variations, and standard HR correspondence, and manage onboarding, offboarding, and probation documentation
* Respond to basic HR administration queries, triaging matters to the HR Manager where appropriate
* Provide general HR administrative support, including assistance with payroll inputs (non-transactional), audits, internal reviews, and ad hoc HR tasks

What You'll Need:

* At least 12 months in a previous Administration or HR / People Admin position.
* Previous HR Generalist experience, ideally within an Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial or Mining Services environment.
* The ability to commence a new role within the next fortnight.
* Highly organised and comfortable with repetitive, detail heavy tasks.
* Confidential, practical and solutions focused.
