You'll spend your days visiting people in their homes in Hervey Bay and Maryborough and around the community - no two days look the same, but each one makes a difference.You'll help with:Delivering care that's tailored to each person's needs and Care PlanPersonal care, mobility support, and medication remindersPreparing meals and supporting good nutritionProviding respite - whether it's at home or out and aboutLending a hand with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, bed making, and shoppingOffering social support that keeps people connected to what (and who) matters mostMost days, you'll use your own reliable car to visit customer homes and help with transport in the community.
At times, a company vehicle may be assigned to support your work.This is a permanent part-time role (48 hours per fortnight), with a set roster between Monday and Friday, 8am - 5pm.
