**About the role**
You will be working in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Environment, to provide people with high complex support needs an opportunity, that will foster and maximises their personal growth and independence. We have vacancies throughout the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, including Templestowe, Ringwood and Croydon.

**About you**
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have demonstrated experience providing support to participants with high complex needs and have the following skills and attributes:
- Covid19 Digital Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation Statement
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
- Experience within the industry (eg. disability, mental health, aged care, individual support, community services or youth work etc.)
- Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish professional relationships with participants and their families
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willing to obtain
- First Aid, CPR, WWCC and NDIS Worker Orientation module
- Current Driver's License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (**mandatory**).
